We offer three main gazebo ranges, each designed to suit different needs and budgets:

Robusta – Our entry-level option. Still strong and commercial quality, made with a 30mm box-section steel frame. A great choice for new businesses or those who are budget-conscious but still want reliability.

Canopro Lite – Our mid-range model. Very strong and lightweight with 40mm hexagonal aluminium legs and internal reinforced bars. Comes with a wheeled carry bag and heavy-duty anchor kit – ideal for regular professional use.

Canopro Elite – The top of the range. The best of the best, featuring 55mm hex legs, all cast-alloy joints, and long warranties. Includes neoprene joint protectors, heavy-duty anchor kits, and a huge range of premium features – such as ground bar pockets on walls as standard, No.8 zips, and a 550GSM PVC-coated canopy and walls. Built for demanding, professional environments.

Our Compact gazebo comes in both the Compact Canopro Lite and Robusta Compact models. It folds down smaller – 1m tall instead of 1.5m – perfect for limited transport or storage. It takes a few extra steps to set up, so if space allows, the standard frame is recommended. For the right customer, the Compact is ideal.

Yes. We supply a heavy-duty wheeled bag designed for the Canopro Elite. Because the frame is heavy, we offer this as an optional extra. Many customers prefer using a stack truck or lifting the frame into vehicles manually.

Ideally, remove the canopy before folding. If not possible, lift the fabric clear of the crossbars to avoid damage. Ensure the frame is secure during transport to prevent rubbing or tearing.

Our fabric is high-quality and UV-treated. However, all polyester can fade with prolonged sun exposure. For typical UK use, fading is minimal and depends on usage conditions.

Our gazebos are waterproof, made with PVC-coated polyester and tape-sealed seams. Occasional small drips can occur in very heavy or prolonged rain but will never be dramatic. When first used, seams swell and seal further. Condensation inside due to temperature changes is natural and not a fault.

Our Canopro Elite has an engineer’s report confirming it can withstand winds up to 100mph – though we don’t recommend testing that! At around 40mph, remove sidewalls or take the gazebo down. Even the strongest frame can be damaged if wind gets underneath.

Yes – all Surf & Turf gazebos are waterproof and built to withstand UK weather. Our fabrics have all been treated, and have a PVC internal coating. However during bouts of heavy rain, over a prolonged period you may get the odd drip, especially around seams where stitching holes are located this is perfectly normal.  For best performance, always ensure your gazebo is securely anchored using weights, pegs, and straps.

Yes. All our gazebo canopies and sidewalls are fire retardant to British Standard BS 7837:1996. Each canopy includes a stitched-in label confirming the rating, and we can provide a fire certificate on request.

It’s important to anchor your gazebo correctly for safety. On hard surfaces, use our steel stacking weights or water bags. On grass or soft ground, use heavy-duty pegs and straps. For windy conditions, we recommend using both where possible. Each gazebo we supply comes with large pegs, small pegs and straps as standard. No annoying useless guy ropes!

All our pop up gazebos feature a concertina frame design that can be erected in minutes without tools. With two people, setup takes just a few minutes – perfect for quick event setups. We have many videos and tips on our YouTube page. But get in touch with our team if you need any advice!

Yes, all Surf & Turf gazebos come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer market leading additional warranties on certain gazebos. That depends on your setup. We have the largest range of gazebo sizes in the UK, ranging from 1.5m x 1.5m up to 8m x 4m! 3x3m is ideal for market stalls and small traders, 4.5x3m suits catering setups, and 6x3m is popular for large event spaces. Our 4m x 4m, 6m x 4m and 8m x 4m are extremely popular with our motorsport customers. Our team can advise the best fit for your use.
