Ryan from Ry’s Slice turned to Surf & Turf Instant Shelters to create the perfect setup for his pop-up pizza catering business in the Scottish Highlands. Inspired by other mobile food vendors, he chose a sleek black 3m x 3m Canopro Lite gazebo with custom valance logo printing, a branded half wall for being able to serve over a hatch, and a combination of our 3m blow-moulded counters and exhibition tables  making it the perfect workspace solution for both preparing and serving pizza. Ry’s Slice also utilizes our clip-on LED gazebo lights to enhance visibility in his workspace during the dark winter evenings.
