Empowering Communities with Branded Event Kits Cycling UK is a national charity that promotes cycling and supports cyclists throughout the UK. Their Big Bike Revival initiative aims to encourage adults to begin or return to cycling through a program of free activities and services delivered by local community organisations. As the official supplier of event kits for the Big Bike Revival, Surf & Turf Instant Shelters provided Cycling UK with over 200 branded Canopro Lite gazebos, sandbags, and flags. These branded pop-up shelters were distributed to volunteers and partner organisations nationwide, facilitating community events that promoted cycling. The high-quality, branded gazebos created welcoming spaces for workshops, bike repair stations, and information hubs, significantly contributing to the initiative's success in making cycling more accessible and appealing to a broad audience. We’ve provided our robust gazebos as well as promotional items such as bespoke inflatables to help raise awareness and funds for their vital charitable work. Woodland Trust
The Woodland Trust is a conservation charity who campaign to protect, restore and create trees and woods in the UK. Attending events is a crucial way the charity gets their message out there, leading them to call upon the Surf & Turf Instant Shelters team to help get this across effectively. The Trust required a visually appealing shelter, but it couldn’t take up too much space. Their volunteers needed to be able to carry it to and from events without difficulty. We suggested the easily transportable Canopro Compact gazebo range, and our design & print studio worked closely with the charity’s team to come up with the perfect design to print across the gazebo canopy and sidewalls. The Woodland Trust purchased over 40 shelters from us for numerous volunteers all over the country. Their dedicated sales representative ensured a seamless result every time.
