Army Sports Car Racing
Army Sports Car Racing is part of the Army Motorsports Association, representing the British Army in competitive sports car racing across the UK. Competing in high-intensity circuit and endurance racing, the team requires professional-grade equipment that can withstand demanding conditions while creating an organised and recognisable presence within the paddock. Surf & Turf Instant Shelters has proudly supported Army Sports Car Racing for many years, supplying a wide range of pop-up gazebos to suit different paddock layouts, vehicle sizes, and operational needs. Lift Foils
Lift Foils is a pioneering company specialising in the design and manufacturing of electric hydrofoil surfboards, known as eFoils. Their innovative watercraft's allow riders to experience the sensation of flying above water, combining advanced technology with high-quality materials for an unparalleled ride. To effectively promote their products across various European markets, Lift Foils purchased several branded Canopro Lite shelters and printed flags from Surf & Turf Instant Shelters for their partners in the UK, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal. These lightweight, durable shelters provided an ideal solution for outdoor demonstrations and events, offering protection for both the equipment and staff. Ai Scout is an innovative platform that leverages artificial intelligence to scout amateur football players worldwide. Their application analyzes and benchmarks players' technical, athletic, cognitive, and psychometric abilities, providing professional football clubs with valuable insights into emerging talent. Tour De Manc
Elevating Cycling Events with Custom Event Infrastructure Tour de Manc is a 100% not-for-profit charity bike ride that offers four different routes to suit riders of all abilities. The event aims to raise funds for various charitable causes. To support their events, Tour de Manc partnered with Surf & Turf Instant Shelters to acquire a variety of gazebo sizes, banners, flags and a custom-designed inflatable archway for start & finish lines. These branded structures enhanced the event's professional appearance, provided clear wayfinding for participants, and created designated spaces for registration, rest areas, and information points. These durable and visually appealing shelters contributed to a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees, reinforcing Tour de Manc's commitment to excellence in event organization.

Surfing England
Surfing England are the national governing body for surfing in the United Kingdom. They run surf schools, clubs and coaches across the country. Surf & Turf are proud to be a chosen supplier of event branded products for Surfing England, such as custom printed flags and inflatables. These bespoke promotional items help to create a unique, enjoyable atmosphere as well as marking out specific event locations, attracting potential customers and providing sponsorship opportunities.
Ultra Trail Snowdonia
Ultra-Trail Snowdonia by UTMB is only UTMB World Series event in the UK, which features four technically challenging races throughout Snowdonia National Park's mountainous terrain. We have been proud to work with Ultra-Trail Snowdonia on numerous occasions, providing custom printed banners for the race event. These range from start & finish line banners to barrier jacket banners that display the event sponsorship. All banners are designed, print and cut by our in-house design & print studio.
Team AOR
Team AOR (The Art of Racing Team) is a superbike team that compete in the Ducati Trioptions cup. With their distinctive branding across their race bikes & race overalls, they required an extra large gazebo that made their presence known in the race paddock. Our 8m x 4m gazebo was the obvious choice. Working closely with our in-house design & print studio we created these unique custom printed gazebos that are sure to grab attention at any race event. Team AOR also opted for custom printed feather flags with shelter mounts and gazebo LED lighting so they can operate inside their instant shelter all year round, no matter the time of day.
Royal Air Force Motorsport
The Royal Air Force Motor Sports Association is the officially recognised sports body of the Royal Air Force that encourages participation in motorsports. As well as running its own competitions and championships, its members variously compete and officiate in other motor sports events at local, national and international level. Surf & Turf Instant Shelters has been a supplier of motorsport gazebos to the motorsport industry for over 20 years so we were confident our products were exactly what the RAFMSA was looking for. From custom printed pop up gazebos, branded flags and inflatable tents & archways we are proud to have supplied them with our products at events across the globe.
British Rally
The British Rally Championship brings together aspiring rally drivers in thrilling competition, launching successful careers and captivating motorsport fans. To support this high-energy spectacle, effective and reliable event branding solutions are essential throughout the season. That’s where Surf & Turf Instant Shelters comes in. The team behind the rallying series were looking for a partner that could provide them with a whole host of heavy duty pop-up gazebos, in a variety of sizes with their branding clearly displayed as well as branded event products such as printed feather flags and branded event banners. We were the only gazebo supplier able to deliver on their requirements, providing reliable bespoke shelters and maximising their brand exposure. Delighted with the results, we became BRC’s partner for the season. As Surf & Turf Instant Shelters is a one-stop-shop for pop up gazebos and event branding solutions with full in-house capabilities this enabled us to successfully cater to their needs.
British Canoeing
British Canoeing is the national governing body for the sport in the UK. They aim to support and provide opportunities for anyone interested in all aspects of canoeing. The organisation initially required 10 heavy-duty gazebos for wind, rain and sun across their countrywide events. Our Canopro Lite pop-up gazebos were the answer. These strong and stable shelters were also fully custom printed by our in-house design and print team to make British Canoeing’s presence stand out and boost their brand awareness. Pleased with the outcome, they then requested an atypical 7m x 7m branded inflatable tent. We demonstrated our ability to react quickly to our customers’ needs, and delivered a bespoke Canopro Air Event Tent which suited them perfectly.
