HOW IT WORKS

• Contact us listing the product you wish to finance. We will then get in touch with a link from our finance partners V12.
• Complete the required information and submit.
• Our secure finance partners V12 will process your finance application and you will be given an immediate response.

AM I ELIGIBLE?

• To apply for finance you must be:
• At least 18 years old.
• A permanent UK resident.
• In regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employed, or living with your spouse/partner who is in regular employment.
• In receipt of a pension if you are retired.

WHO PROVIDES OUR FINANCE?

• Our finance is supplied by V12 Retail Finance who comply with FCA regulations. It is one of the UK’s largest digital finance providers, which can provide you with a decision in seconds.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SURF & TURF INSTANT SHELTER?

• If you have ordered a bespoke branded item, a member of the sales team will be in touch to arrange artwork. Lead time is generally 10 days from artwork sign off.
• If you are purchasing a plain instant shelter, we will be in touch to arrange delivery and if in stock it will be sent on a next working day service.

CAN I PAY A LARGER DEPOSIT?

• The minimum deposit for any product order is £0; however, this can be increased to whatever amount you would like, reducing your monthly payments.

CAN I CHANGE THE FINANCE LENGTH?

• The maximum term is 12 months. This can be lowered, which will increase the monthly payments.

WHEN WILL FINANCE PAYMENTS START?

• Finance payments will start being drawn from your account only once your Instant Shelter has been dispatched and delivered.

V12 CRITERIA

• Is 18 or older.
• Is in permanent paid employment, self-employed, homemaker, retired and receiving a pension, working student in part-time work, or in receipt of a disability benefit.
• Has been a resident in the UK for at least 3 years.
• Has a debit or credit card in their name, which is registered to their address, to pay the deposit where applicable.
• Has a Bank or Building Society current account available – this is required to complete the direct debit instruction.
• Has an email address to receive the important information throughout the application process, including their signed credit agreement.
