A cantilever parasol is the perfect solution if you need shade without a pole blocking your table or seating area. The offset arm lets you position the canopy freely, keeping the space underneath completely clear for furniture and foot traffic.
We supply two cantilever ranges. The Amalfi is designed for everyday garden and patio use, while the Sorrento handles larger spaces and more demanding weather conditions. Both ranges are built on marine-grade anodised aluminium frames and feature full 360-degree rotation with multiple tilt positions. The canopies use solution-dyed fabric backed by a fading warranty, so the colours stay true season after season.
Every cantilever parasol we sell is available with our UK-wide installation service. This includes in-ground fitting into decking and paving for a permanent, flush finish. Weighted freestanding bases are also available if you need a moveable setup.
The Amalfi range is designed for domestic gardens, patios, and smaller hospitality spaces. It’s lighter than the Sorrento but doesn’t compromise on build quality, using marine-grade anodised aluminium and a smooth crank mechanism.
Five models cover everything from a small balcony to a generous entertaining space:
All Amalfi frames resist corrosion, and every canopy uses solution-dyed fabric with a fading warranty. They deliver premium cantilever shade without the size and weight of a heavy-duty model.
Built for larger spaces and tougher conditions, the Sorrento range features a 65 km/h+ wind rating. It’s the natural choice for commercial terraces, pub gardens, and exposed domestic sites. Every Sorrento model includes 360-degree rotation and multiple tilt positions.
The lineup includes square, octagonal, and large-format canopies. Choosing the right shape helps maximise your covered area:
If you’re running a pub, restaurant, or hotel terrace — or you have an exposed garden that takes a beating from the wind — the Sorrento provides reliable, heavy-duty protection.
Your choice comes down to space and exposure.

A cantilever parasol needs a secure base. Pair yours with a proper parasol base — either a weighted freestanding option you can move, or an in-ground base for a permanent installation. In-ground bases sit flush with your decking or paving, removing trip hazards entirely. For exposed locations, add ground anchors for extra hold.
We offer a full personalised branding service for businesses and domestic customers. We can print your logo, colours, or bespoke design directly onto the UV-resistant canopy.
A standard parasol uses a centre pole, which usually means cutting a hole in your table. A cantilever parasol uses an offset arm to suspend the canopy from the side, keeping the shaded area completely clear for furniture and foot traffic.
The Amalfi is ideal for gardens, patios, and sheltered spots. It comes in sizes from 2.5m to 3.5m and is easier to adjust day-to-day. The Sorrento is built for tougher conditions with a 65 km/h+ wind rating, making it the better choice for commercial terraces and exposed gardens.
Yes. We recommend an in-ground parasol base that sits flush with the deck surface. Our installation team can cut into existing decking or paving to set the base in place permanently. For temporary setups, a weighted freestanding base works well.
Every model in both the Amalfi and Sorrento ranges features full 360-degree rotation and multiple tilt positions. You can adjust the canopy to block the sun throughout the day without moving your base or furniture.
All our cantilever parasol canopies use solution-dyed fabric. The colour is locked into the fibres during manufacturing rather than applied afterwards, preventing it from fading over time. They come with a fading warranty.
Yes. We provide a UK-wide installation service for all our cantilever parasols. Our team will deliver, assemble, and position your parasol on-site, including cutting in-ground bases into existing decking or paving.
In the Sorrento range, yes. Square canopies work well along walls and over rectangular tables. The 4m octagonal gives you a wider circular spread, which is better for open areas and round tables. The Amalfi range uses a standard canopy shape across all sizes.
