World Kindness Day – Celebrating the Heart of Our Business. Today, 13th November 2025, is World Kindness Day – a fitting occasion for my first ever blog post. It’s prompted me to reflect on what makes Surf & Turf Instant Shelters truly great. I’m passionate about our exceptional customer service and proud that our products are among the highest quality on the market. Our in-house print studio means we can offer some of the fastest lead times in the industry. But while these things matter, it’s our people who truly set us apart. Every day, our team shows that kindness, collaboration, and care are the real drivers of success. What Makes the Surf & Turf Team Special? Our warehouse team works tirelessly to ensure every product arrives on time. Our design and production team delivers quality and creativity that keep customers returning year after year. I see kindness daily – in how our team supports one another through challenges, shares knowledge freely, and takes pride in helping customers. These small acts form the foundation of who we are.
